Why Rent from Us?

---- TN Bounce Parties is happy and proud to serve our customers with great quality inflatables and top notch service. Unlike many other providers, we are a safety certified and fully insured company because your child's safety is our number one priority. We are more than happy to provide you with a proof of insurance certifiate. Just let us know before your delivery time.

Do You Clean Your Inflatables?

---- TN Bounce Parties maintains a strict policy of checking after each rental to make sure the units are cleaned and sanitized. We also regularly power wash and scrub all our equipment after 3 times of being sent out for rental or when needed.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

---- Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our inflatables are very popular and often booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want.

What form of payment do you accept?

---- In addition to cash and Company checks, we accept most major credit cards. If you are paying with cash, please have the correct amount. For their safety, our drivers do not carry change.

What is your cancellation policy?

---- If, on the day of your rental, rain, high winds or other inclement weather is predicted you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, once the equipment has left our warehouse, there are no refunds.

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to an event without penalty.

What type of ground surfaces can you set-up on?

---- Our inflatables can be setup on Grass, Pavement, and indoors on smooth surface. NO GRAVEL!!! If possible, all inflatables and tents should be staked in the ground for safety. If staking is not possible, weights (Sand Bags) will be required in lieu of stakes. A $15.00 Sand Bag Fee will be appiled for hard surfaces. Set-up location and conditions are the responsibility of the customer, and must be identified upon placing rental reservation and cannot be modified once the driver has left the warehouse. Tennessee Bounce Parties is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities. For information regarding utility locates – dial 811.

Can you set up in a park or other public location?

---- The customer is responsible for obtaining proper permission and/or permits for equipment rented and placed in parks or other public locations. If proof of insurance is required, please allow 2-3 business days for processing requests. ( In most cases a genorator is required. Most parks do not provide a power sorce.)

How Much Electricity do I Need?

---- Our inflatable rides and games are inflated using a fully enclosed electric blower unit that is powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower draws roughly 9-10 Amps (1,000 -1,100w) and some larger units use multiple blowers. Electricity is needed within 70 feet of the inflatable. These motors run constantly to keep the unit inflated so constant ample power will be required.

Concession equipment should not be placed on the same power source. The units are powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each machine requires between 7-11 Amps (900-1,300w).

A generator may be used to power the units if sufficient outlets/power is not available. Please see the add-ons portion of our website for pricing.
